Welcome to Makeup By Maiconic. Founded by Maia Spires, a professional artist with over seven years of expertise, Maiconic is dedicated to a naturalist philosophy: enhancing your inherent beauty through refined technique and skin-first artistry. I specialize exclusively in soft glam and naturalist finishes. I do not offer dramatic creative cut-creases or heavy glitter work. Important Booking and Service Policies: All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit is transferable ONCE if rescheduling occurs at least 48 hours in advance. Standard mobile services are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Weekend availability is limited and released bi-weekly. lash application is included with every glam service. If you prefer to provide your own lashes or opt out of lash application, please notify me at the time of booking, though the service price remains fixed. Makeup By Maiconic is currently a fully mobile service. Travel is included within a 10-mile radius of Maywood/Chicago. Locations exceeding 10 miles will incur a travel fee of 2 dollars per mile. For The Maiconic Blueprint sessions, the service fee covers the consultation and lesson only. The cost of makeup products purchased during the kit build is not included in the service price.

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before booking. At Maiconic Glams, I value your time and mine. Because I am now a mobile-only service, my schedule is carefully mapped to account for travel and setup. When you cancel last minute, it affects my entire route for the day. 1. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit secures your date and time and will be applied to your final balance. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment once using your original deposit if done at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance. Any cancellation made on the day of service will be charged 100% of the service balance. 3. Mobile "No-Show" Policy If I arrive at the designated location and am unable to gain access or contact you within 10 minutes of the start time, the appointment will be considered a "No-Show." No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee plus the full travel fee. Future bookings will be restricted. 4. Travel Readiness Please ensure the location is ready for my arrival. If the service is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to the setup area not being cleared or the client not being ready, a $25 Late Start Fee will be added to the total.
